Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your XeeGo purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange Process:

For your convenience, we now offer an easy doorstep exchange service.

  • A rider will visit your address to collect the previous item and deliver the new one at the same time.

  • The customer will need to pay Rs. 450 to the rider for exchange and delivery service.

Return Process:

If you prefer to return your item instead of exchanging:

  1. Repack the merchandise securely in the original packaging.

  2. Send the parcel to us via traceable courier service (courier or registered post) at your own expense to the address below:

Additional Information:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refund requests are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
